Summer in Lapland: A Photographic Journey through Northern Sweden.
Join Swedish tour guide Åsa Danielsson of Aawesome Travels on a ride along the iconic, historic 800-miles-long railway Inlandsbanan. She’ll guide you from Dalarna (the heart of Sweden) to Lapland, crossing the Arctic circle. And you’ll follow her footsteps on a hike on the legendary Kungsleden in Lapland—the King of trails.
Expect midnight sun, reindeers, mountains and moors, mighty rivers, a whole town that is going to be moved… plus one or two mosquitoes. And of course, you’ll gain insights on Sápmi (the Land of the Eight Seasons) and on the lifestyle of the Swedes up in the north, including the Sami people (Europe’s only indigenous people).
